Seth Troxler – Spectral Sound, Circus Company, Beretta Grey [Berlin/Detroit]
Through a leaking bodily cavity resembling the pork found in Chinese restaurants, Satan shat out a crystal beaming with glowing red embers. This crystal matured into the fetus of Seth Troxler. Seth was placed on earth as a weeping fetus, the sound of inevitability. As he grew, his ancestral roots took on a magnetic channeling power, more than his feeble mind could ever consciously fathom. As a result, he became capable of creating some of the world's finest and most intuitive dance cuts, including releases on FXHE, Esperanza and his hits "Satisfy" and "Love Berzereker" on Beretta Grey, and upcoming releases on Dumb Unit and Spectral in early 2007. Through a preternatural understanding of rave, Seth conjours up mixes like Botticelli conjoured his Venus.
He has played many outstanding international gigs, notably Panorama Bar, Watergate, Robert Johnson, Batofar and Wolf + Lamb. He is also a key conceptual force behind America's "Tesh Club" parties with partners in crime Ryan Crosson and Lee Curtiss. His musical influences include the chirping of crickets, the whirring of space ships, and the sweet sounds of whistling voodoo magic. However, Seth draws the majority of his inspiration from Robert Downey Jr., and the idea of releasing the shackles that bind Downey so he can finally do heroin in peace. On cold Detroit evenings one can often witness Seth Troxler in his front yard, situated beside an overly-cumbersome boombox in a nylon tracksuit, jacking his body to old Dancemania cuts and cooking bbq. To view first hand such a rare delight is truly magic.

Kill Memory Crash – Ghostly International [Chicago]:
Spawned from the excessive debauchery and hedonistic revolution that was the mid-90s Detroit rave scene; Kill Memory Crash has emerged from the vacuum of normality armed with their hard-nosed hybrid of techno, industrial, rock, and electro. They have shaken the foundations of electronic music by tearing away at the very boundaries that define it, freely mixing genres and styles to create their own unique blend of Frankenstein Electronic. Now based out of Chicago, a city rich in dance culture history, they continue to voyage deeper into the conscience of the international audience via their acclaimed label Ghostly International. The year 2005 saw the release of their first full-length effort entitled American Automatic, the follow up to the 2003 EP When the Blood Turns Black. Kill Memory Crash's music has received praise from both the public and music industry alike with radio play in over 10 countries including the US, Japan, England, Germany, and Canada. Their "American Automatic" LP received 4.5 out of 5 stars from the All Music Guide and held a top 10 position on CMJ's RPM chart for three weeks. They have remixed renowned musical artists such as experimental beat poet Saul Williams, and the legendary industrial band Chemlab. Various tracks from Kill Memory Crash's catalog have been licensed to CBS's CSI Miami, several seasons of MTV's Real World, and nationally aired sporting events. In between studio sessions, Kill Memory Crash regularly tours the US; bringing their sonic assault to major music festivals like SXSW, Miami's Winter Music Conference, CMJ, Seattle's Decibel Festival and of course Detroit's Electronic Music Festival.
