Bombay Beatbox:
DJ Warp & Radiohiro (Chicago) have been bringing the sounds of the subcontinent straight to you via deep bass and tabla induced breakbeats for years. Bombay Beatbox presents international music producers and DJ's that are rewriting the sounds of London's "Asian Underground" style with a tough new version called "Asian Massive".
From New Delhi to San Francisco to Burningman to Chicago, this international collective of DJ's and producers are bringing it to you fresh off the streets.
Bombay Beatbox was formed in 2003 by DJ Warp and DJ Radiohiro. They have performed at just about every music venue in Chicago and were recently asked to be the very first DJs to perform at one of Chicago's most prestigious venues, the Chicago Symphony Center, where they converted a packed house to the future sounds of the international dance music. As emerging artists, Radiohiro and DJ Warp have recently produced music for the highly respected world music label, Six Degrees Records.
Their latest music is also getting rotation on several FM radio stations here in America, Germany, South Asia, and BBC's Radio 1 and BBC's Asian Music Network.
